1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jy999 ("jy999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the jy999 website, mobile-optimised site, applications, games, betting markets, payment services, and all other features made available through the platform at jy999.io.

By accessing the jy999 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jy999 platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-natural legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be self-excluded from the jy999 platform or from gambling services generally, whether through jy999's own self-exclusion system or through any external self-exclusion programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated may not use the platform.
• You must ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction before using jy999.

jy999 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a pattern of activity that gives rise to reasonable concern. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances derived from activity conducted during the period of ineligibility.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jy999's services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is entitled to hold one (1) jy999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different contact details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. If jy999 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same player, all such accounts may be suspended and any bonuses, winnings, or promotional benefits accumulated across those accounts may be voided without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You must notify jy999 promptly of any changes to your registration details by updating your account profile or contacting customer support at support@j y999.io. jy999 accepts no responsibility for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by you.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jy999 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point where jy999 deems verification necessary — you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account; front of payment card)

jy999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be released until all required documentation has been submitted and approved by the jy999 compliance team.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jy999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or use another player's account. All activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify jy999 immediately by emailing [email protected]. jy999 will investigate such reports promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

jy999 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jy999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your jy999 account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases; any delay is attributable to the payment provider rather than jy999 and will be resolved as quickly as possible.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. jy999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by jy999 on the same business day, subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) your KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) the withdrawal request does not trigger any fraud or compliance review; and (c) the minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 has been met. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.

jy999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request where the transaction gives rise to reasonable compliance concern. In such cases, processing timelines may be extended by up to five (5) business days to allow for review.

5.3 Currency

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the jy999 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jy999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jy999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer table games and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution percentages.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim period, and wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the specified completion window, will be automatically forfeited. Bonus funds do not earn interest.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits multiple concurrent bonuses.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is ৳2,000. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse and Collusion: jy999 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to minimise risk during wagering, coordinating wagering with other players, or exploiting technical errors.

jy999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Promotional terms are always subject to these overarching Terms & Conditions.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the jy999 platform are governed by their individual game rules as presented within the game interface or sportsbook. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets or wagering real money. The following general rules apply platform-wide:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jy999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where an obvious technical error has occurred and jy999 determines in its reasonable discretion that cancellation is warranted.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or betting market — including server interruptions, software errors, or connectivity problems — jy999 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore affected rounds or markets to their correct state. In cases where restoration is not feasible, affected wagers may be voided and stakes returned.
• jy999 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds or under conditions that result from a manifest error, including pricing errors, data feed errors, or human input errors. A "manifest error" is one that a reasonable person would have recognised as an error at the time of bet placement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per game, and per day. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface and are subject to change. jy999 is not obligated to pay out winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jy999 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, betting markets, or the platform interface in any way not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain; any such winnings will be voided and the account closed
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform's payment systems
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or verification documents
• Opening or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed toward jy999 staff or other players via any support or communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the jy999 platform's source code, security systems, or infrastructure
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game format

9. Responsible Gaming

jy999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can be harmful when it ceases to be recreational and becomes compulsive. jy999 provides the following player-protection tools, all accessible from your account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jy999 account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated reminders or automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a short-term period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jy999 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jy999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of jy999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any jy999 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of jy999's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jy999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — even if jy999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jy999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by jy999's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

jy999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jy999 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

jy999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jy999 platform, you consent to jy999's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jy999 employs industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jy999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jy999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform or sending an email notification to your registered address. Your continued use of the jy999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available on this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jy999 platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and jy999 shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
